August 24, 2014 - Eagle Scout candidate Mark Hurban from Troop 251 in Bapistown, NJ finished work on a new kiosk for Horseshoe Bend Park. The Kiosk replaces the old real estate sign that was left over from when the property was slated to become a 72 home subdivision.  Mark and his and father, as well as two other volunteers, finished the kiosk with a gravel base enclosed in pressure treated wood.
