August 2015 Works is underway for a new bridge in Horseshoe Bend Park.  This 40 foot foot-bridge will span a deep gully.  The placement of the bridge abutments will also allow for easier horse and bicycle passage avoiding slippery rocks and hillside erosion. Funding for the bridge materials comes from a NJ Trails grant to Kingwood Township.  The equipment and construction crew are all volunteers.  The bridge is expected to be finished by the fall of 2015.
